Frank LOUIS (D)

Frank Louis uses the ceramic material in a very exciting way in his piece of work "If I was not empty, I would be full"where he combines various different shapes in a convincing way. What seems to be a strictly constructivist and aseptic sculpture at first sight, turns out to be a ceramic work of earthen quality at a closer look. The artist communicates his own sculptural understanding in the suspense which he has developed.
